Questions families ask
How quickly will our tribute be ready?
Legacy and Life Story tributes are ready within 24 hours of receiving your photos — usually sooner. Classic Tribute videos are ready within 48 hours. If your service is very soon, choose priority delivery and we'll have it to you within 12 hours.
Is this the same as a funeral slideshow?
Yes. Families call it different things — a funeral slideshow, a memorial slideshow, a photo montage, a funeral tribute video — and they all mean what we make: your photographs arranged into a film, set to music, with their name and dates. The difference is that you don't have to build it yourself. We do that for you, and it's ready by tomorrow.
Can we use it for a celebration of life?
Yes. Whether the service is a funeral, a memorial, or a celebration of life, the tribute is yours to play however you wish — at the service, at the reception, or quietly at home afterwards.
What kinds of photos can we send?
Anything you have — phone pictures, scanned prints, even photos of photos taken with your phone camera. Sideways, faded, or damaged photos are fine; we straighten and gently restore them as part of our work.
Can we make changes after we see it?
Yes. One round of changes is always included. You'll review everything — including the words to the song — before it's final, and we won't consider it finished until it feels right to you.
How does the original song work?
From your photos and the memories you share, we write and record a song about your loved one — their name, the things they loved, the life they lived. You'll read and approve every word before it's set to music.
How do we share it at the service?
You'll receive a private page to watch and share with family, and a memorial video file you can download and keep forever — ready to play at the service from a laptop, tablet, or the funeral home's system.
